Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cara’s Canna Products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll do our best to help.

Not Sure What You Want?

If you’re tentative about using all-natural CBD products, we suggest you try the trial sized samplers of our full-sized products first, this is a great way to see which products work best for your needs. You can find our sampler sets in our shop. Each individual product also has trial-size options.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and as-new. Please email [email protected] if you wish to return an item.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we’ll check it out and notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll then receive your money back within 5 working days.

Shipping

You are responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If an item is returned to us after failure to deliver, you are liable for the shipping costs.

Non-Delivery Of Items

If your order is returned to us owing to one of the following issues:

  • Address incomplete or inaccessible
  • Addressee gone away
  • Parcel not called for

Then you may either request a refund or for the item to be returned. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid before

Any Other Issues

If there’s anything wrong with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the date of order to contact us via email and raise an issue. Any issues beyond this date will not be considered.
